When we first came to Fuerteventura to live, we contacted quite a few Real Estate Agents initially. Our expectations were so high I’m not sure I thought our requirements could even be met at the time for the budget we had made available. When we met Roy, we were struck by how friendly, honest and knowledgeable he was, of both the island, and especially the property market. We arranged to view a property that came highly recommended by Roy, and we were astounded it met our exact needs. Throughout the sales process, Roy kept us informed every step of the way with weekly updates.

Coming towards the end of the sale, we had what must be considered every buyers nightmare – a legal snag. Thanks to Roy’s direct involvement and advise, we resolved it and we moved in to our dream villa. I don’t hesitate to state that if Roy had not handled the issue the way he did, the sale would not have gone through and our plans would have been entirely scuppered. Since we moved in, Roy has kept in touch and his local knowledge has been invaluable to us whilst we settle in to our new home.

In short, Roy and Nerine have been outstanding every step of the way. It’s become evident to us that their work means more than ‘just selling property’ to them.
